About the Program

What Is the EPIC Common Ground Program in Tampa? 

The EPIC (Empath Partners in Care) Common Ground Program is a Tampa youth-focused resource center created to support at-risk youth experiencing housing instability. Through compassionate guidance, community partnerships, and access to essential services, Common Ground helps connect youth to housing and other support resources to build a more stable future. 

Our goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where young people can access resources, build connections, and move forward with dignity and hope. 

Supported in partnership with the Tampa Homeless Housing Initiative (THHI) and HUD funding, Common Ground is designed to reduce barriers to youth housing while creating pathways toward long-term stability and independence.
