At Home 3050, you will feel welcomed, safe and supported on our warm, caring campus. Your personalized care team specializing in HIV will treat you with quality care and compassion as they assess and meet your needs and care goals.
We provide medical treatment, counseling, pharmacy and support services for you and your loved ones. When you join our pharmacy as an EPIC client, you and the community benefit as all pharmacy proceeds go back into our client care.
