High-Risk Pregnancy Support

EPIC’s Targeted Outreach for Women (TOPWA) program is a part of a larger network of programs available to high-risk pregnant women who may not be receiving proper prenatal care, are struggling with substance abuse, and/or are living with HIV in Pinellas County.

We provide specialized case management throughout the pregnancy and up to six months postpartum. Other EPIC services included are PrEP, counseling, access to our food pantry and more. Prenatal care, family planning, WIC, housing and substance abuse community referrals are also available.
